“Research is formalized curiosity. It is poking and prying with a purpose.”
The purpose of conducting conscious research on a problem is to question your assumptions. Whether you are reading books, looking up information on Google, or watching YouTube videos from experts in the field, make sure that you are not simply accepting the dominant narrative, but remaining curious about the truth. This approach will help you cultivate moral imagination: the humility to see the world as it is, and the audacity to imagine the world as it could be.
