I have a wild and passionate nature that has helped me fight free from the moorings of my past. I am constantly evolving, aiming to become the best I can be, learning from experience and the wiser people I gravitate towards. I believe when we stop growing, we start to die inside and, gradually, we give up. I love to push boundaries and challenge myself. My curiosity and openness to what is within and without never stops.

I believe in harmony, in a sense of connection to something bigger than just myself. Being connected to all my surroundings creates a deep feeling of being more alive and more purposeful.

I reached a turning point in my life when I was introduced to existential psychotherapy, a topic that is fleshed out more fully in both my blog and the section on my Fellowship. My core values are shaped by the pillars of existentialism: notions to do with life/death; freedom, meaning and isolation.

Over the past few years, through these ideas, I have been focusing on learning about myself and what keeps my passion for life going. Although focusing on oneself may seem selfish or self-indulgent, I believe that it is only through self-discovery that we can reach a personal peace that allows us to contribute to the world and make a difference.
